Made by hand with real butter and fresh ingredients
We have 88 flavours of fudge available at our craft shows. We make our own fudge with real cream and butter and gourmet ingredients. Our favours range from your traditional fudges of Chocolate, Maple, Maple Walnut, Rocky Road to the more exotic Bacon Maple, Lime Margarita, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel. Along with delicious Chocolate Carmel, Reese's, Pumpkin Pie, and many others that have become favourites.
Allergens: Our base fudges are gluten, egg, and nut free. They are made with real butter, sugar, and cocoa/flavouring, etc. Base fudges would be Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Vanilla, Vanilla with flavouring: Maple, Root Beer, Key Lime, Orange Creamsicle, Banana Split, etc. These are all gluten free.
Once gourmet ingredients are added to create certain delectable flavours, fudges may contain gluten from those ingredients: such as Oreo Cookie, Brownie, Cookie Dough, Mud Pie. (Eggs may also be contained in these baked goods). If the ingredient is gluten free such as Reese's, Skor, Snickers, Caramel then the fudge is still gluten free.
Nuts are added to some fudges and are explained in the flavour name. For example, Maple Walnut, Chocolate Walnut, Chocolate Almond, Rocky Road, Peanut butter, Snickers. We take care to make our fudges with nuts in separate containers.

Fudge storage: Wrapped in the cellophane they are purchased in, fudge will stay fresh for 3 months at room temperature or in a cool place. They also freeze well. Do not store in the fridge as the cooling fans will dry out the fudge.
