Our fudge The Calgary Fudge Factory began 30 years ago with the Pattison family making and sharing our creamy, delicious fudge. Ken and Linda take great pride in creating new delicious & exciting flavors to add to the time tested favorites. Each 110g. piece comes wrapped in clear/ white dot cello complete with a flavor sticker in English and French on the front and an ingredient label on the back, in English & French. Our fudge is all made by us in our certified kitchen.
Most of our flavors of fudge are gluten free, only flavors with added baked goods are not such as: Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream, Gingersnap, Key Lime Pie, Mars Bar, Mint Oreo & Nanaimo Bar. If you have a gluten allergy you can be confident that we take steps to ensure that all our other flavors will be safe for you.
Our customers We have developed a large customer base over the years at the Festival of Crafts Show at the BMO and Art Market Christmas Craft Show at the Telus Convention Center in Calgary, Circle Craft Show in Vancouver, Our Best to You Craft Shows in Red Deer & Regina and The Butterdome Craft Shows in Edmonton that we have attended every year since we started our business. Our fudge is also featured in several Olde Tyme Candy Shoppes across Canada.

Fudge Storage Wrapped in the cellophane they are purchased in, fudge will stay fresh for 3 months at room temperature or in a cool place. They also freeze well for up to a year if you want to stock up.
